Welcome to Prestbury Honey
Welcome to the world of Pure Prestbury Honey, a taste of nature's finest, straight from the heart of Cheshire, England.
Nestled in the picturesque village of Prestbury, our bees work tirelessly to bring you a truly local delicacy. With three thriving apiaries scattered across our charming locale, we're proud to offer you a honey that captures the very essence of our beautiful countryside.
Nature's Gold, Untouched:
At Prestbury Honey, we believe in letting nature shine. Our honey is as pure as it gets – simply extracted & then carefully filtered to preserve every ounce of natural goodness. No additives, no processing – just pure, golden joy.
From Hive to Home:
We gently coax this liquid gold from the honeycomb using traditional centrifuge methods. A light touch of filtering removes any wayward bits of wax, ensuring nothing but smooth, delicious honey makes its way into our sparkling glass jars.
A Taste of Prestbury in Every Spoonful:
Each jar of our honey is a unique reflection of Prestbury's diverse flora. From spring blossoms to summer wildflowers, our bees craft a symphony of flavors that dance on your tongue and warm your soul.
Savor the Difference:
Whether drizzled over toast, stirred into tea, or enjoyed straight from the spoon, Prestbury Honey offers an unparalleled taste experience. It's more than just honey – it's a journey through the fields and gardens of our beloved village.

Bee-First Approach: We work for the bees, not the other way around. They're the true bosses of this operation!

Natural Production: By providing space for our bees, we encourage them to create surplus honey which we can then harvest.
🌿 Choose Prestbury Honey – Where Nature and Nurture Meet 🌿
Honey & Bee Facts:
To make one pound (454g) of pure Prestbury Honey, female honeybees must visit 2 million flowers and fly over 55,000 miles collectively.
One pound (454g) of honey will be the lifetime work of approximately 768 bees.
A single honeybee will only produce approximately 1 /12th of a teaspoon of honey.
In the summer a female worker bee will only live between 40 – 50 days.
In a hive there is usually just one Queen who can live 2 – 4 years.
In a full working hive there can be over 60,000 worker bees and 1000 Male drone bees.
But male drones bees do not collect honey and they can't sting.
